ITP Closes $9 Million Series D Round

NEW YORK, NY -- Integrated Trade Processing Corp. (ITP) announced the closing of its fourth round of financing, receiving $9 million in new investment.

ITP provides customizable trade processing services to the securities industry.  The company also strives to make the post-trade process as efficient as possible.

Grail Partners LLC was the lead investor and the company said it intends to use the proceeds from the financing to accelerate its development program and strengthen its sales and marketing organization.
